Worldwise Boss Noel Strachan under US Probe !!

Seems like the USA is turning up the heat on former Jamaican Ponzi scheme operators. The lastest such person who seems set to come under heat from the USA authorities is Noel Strachan, the former Worldwise Boss who ran off with millions on investors money and went on  buy spree in 2009 purchasing over J$1.8B  in properties in the Broward County area of the USA.

Included in this purchase was a mansion for US$1.8M along with a Rolls Royce Bentley.

New Worldwise Lawsuit

Informal investment club World Wise Partners and its head, Noel Strachan, are being sued by a Florida-based client to recover funds owed to him by the company.

According to documents filed in the Broward County Circuit Court in Florida, Oswald Francis, an American businessman who resides in Jamaica, but conducts business in Florida, is suing Strachan and World Wise Partners to recover US$1,874,472.94

Property Stolen from Strachan?

In a interesting news article reports have surfaced that a property or properties belong to Noel Strachan of World Wise has or have been been illegal transferred to an Investor.

The report claims that the investor who is owed $150 million dollars somehow transferred the property.

World Wise at odds with RBTT

World Wise joins the list of  alternative investment schemes that find themselves at odds with a bank. WorldWise yesterday obtained an injunction barring  RBTT from closing their accounts.  The rumors have been flying around but now it is before the courts.
